All Jerusalem Artichokes


A variety known for producing tubers of good width and less knobbly than other types. One of the easiest varieties to find in the shops. Tubers are often sold in packs large enough for one row (space the tubers approximately 30 centimetres apart in a row, allowing at least 90 centimetres between rows).
